I want to make horisontal hood and labia piercing.
Can I use regular earing ? Which is better, gold 18k or 22k?

no, body jewelry is made for a reason. a regular ear ring will be too small if the piercing swells and besides that, the open back will pinch you in the no no spot

never ever ever use regular earings for body piercings. please don't pierce your self. at least not untill you know more about piercings. if you had all the knowledge nesecarry to do it your self, then you wouldn't be asking that question. go to a professional. it will be much safer and they will know what jewlery to use and will be able to answer any questions you might have,

do not use a regular earring. body jewelry is especially made for piercings other than your ears. an earring can casse infection and not allow airflow to the piercing
