First tat?
Okay.. So im looking around now for a place to get my first tattoo.. since I recently moved here (where I am living now;) )
Im not too sure about the shops..What should I be looking for in a shop?? Obviously if its clean.. but I dont know enough about tattoo equip. to judge anything else.. any help would be greatly apreciated...Thanks

Hi weirdo, I get my first tat under my left arm, look at my pictures and read my own story (in german, but you can translate it).

as you said obviously make sure the shop is clean, and talk to the artist ask him about his equipment and sterilization procedures ( you can research this stuff online). if he knows what he's talking about and is friendly enough it's probably all good. Check out his portfolio, see what kind of work he has done, make sure his style is something you like. after you've done all that, talk to him or her about what you want done, if you like all you've heard and seen, go ahead with your tattoo, and be prepared to get addicted :-)
